This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning or exchanging items, ensuring a fair and straightforward process for all our customers.
You may return any unused, unworn, and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original packaging, with all tags and labels intact—this includes the original boxes for cufflinks and protective sleeves for ties. We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration, as these are considered used and cannot be resold.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at selorao.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide you with a return authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions for shipping the item(s) back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect in the product or an error on our part.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s) and confirm they meet our return criteria, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, and you will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.
